Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. There may be additional time for items shipped to Canada.

Returns/Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email merchandise@railcatsbaseball.com for return instructions.

Please note that all returns of purchases made via railcatsbaseball.com must include the original receipt. Returns can be made via mail or in person. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. However, if an item is being exchanged, the new item will be shipped free of charge.

All sales are final for customized products, game-worn jerseys, memorabilia, trading cards and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned.
